A few more notes on my summer because I love it so much, but first, something of note. I am not sure how many people out there followed Bellabrave. She is a 10 year old girl from Canada with three different dire genetics disorders that have caused her years of hospital stays, not to mention trauma and suffering. Despite it all this child is the brightest light I have ever seen. See her website here but the best thing to do is go to her instagram and tiktok account. I came across Bella only a few weeks ago and spent a good amount of time laughing and falling for her and her mom. I have had some low days this summer for reasons I can explain later, but watching Bella's and her mom on ticktok is a sure fire instant way to go from low mood to high mood. Bella is a simple put - infectious. And her mom is a saint. Anyway, in the past week Bella had a sudden hospital stay and just yesterday I found out she passed. Oh vey, I cried a bucket and still get upset thinking about her mom and how she is doing. It is horrible and gut wrenching. I am writing about this for two reasons. One, even though this beautiful child is no longer on the planet, her light contiues to shine bright and I encourage you to dive into her history and social posts. Trust me, you will love her. And two, please send her lovely mother, Kyla Thompson, who has been through so much, some love and light. I know she needs it. Bella and her mom below.

A few other notes on my summer:
I am trying Ryze coffee (note, my blog is new so no I am not getting any payment of any kind for promotion of products, I am just sharing!). Usually I drink alot of green tea but a few people have recommended Ryze because it's caffeine but also a bunch of medicinal mushrooms. The flavor is actually great but am not sure it's my thing beause of the caffeine count but I am giving it a week.
My summer read. The Silent Patient. I would not say it's light and fluffy read but it's very very well written and will keep you on your toes.
Did I tell you before how much I love watermelon juice? I had this in Costa Rica and now make it all the time. Cut up some watermelon and blend with ice. So easy! So so refreshing.
I am also working on drinking celery juice in the morning this summer to support my liver (see Lyme updates). Celery juice when consumed by itself is very good for cleansing the liver. I get my liver rechecked next week. Fingers crossed.
I am on the hunt for a new bathing suit, a tankini to be specific, because I have finally lost a bit of weight. THK GD. I want a eco brand. have not found one yet but will let you know!
This is a bit boring but if you live on a propety that grows a lot of weeds like I do you might appreciate. I finally found a natural weed killer that actually works. Hooray! I spray this on and literally the next day the weeds are dried up. Shocking how much it works. I love it so much. It is called Natural Elements Weed Killer | Pet Safe, Safe Around Children | Natural Herbicide and you can find it on Amazon.

We are looking into a garden shed for pool supplies and I came across these super cool backyard office huts from this company. I wish I had room for one of these because they are so cool.
That is all I have to share right now. Hopefully you are all in the throws of a great summer!
PS - If summer is not action packed and filled with crazy outings for some of you, that's OK, just get outside, smell the flowers, breathe the air and sit in the sun as much as you can!
